General Sleepzone Hostels FAQ

What are the method of payment options? You can pay at Reception with by cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and debit card (Laser, Maestro). Pre-payments can be made credit card (Visa, Mastercard), debit card (Laser, Maestro) and bank transfer (please contact us for deposit-only bank account details).

Are there telephones in the rooms? The bedrooms do not have telephones, however you will find a pay-phone near Reception at each property.

Is it possible to have lunch or dinner at Sleepzone? Sleepzone hostels have large, fully-equipped guest kitchens where you are welcome to prepare meals, and enjoy them in our guest dining rooms.

If you are visiting as part of a group we can arrange for meals to be catered at Sleepzone Connemara and Sleepzone – The Burren. At Sleepzone Galway we can recommend and book restaurants for group meals in Galway City, who also prepare packed lunches (prior notice needed for each option).

If you feel like a snack there are vending machines at each hostel with crisps, chocolate bars and drinks.

Tea & coffee is available free of charge, all day, at each property.
